My journey into HR transformation began with a mandate to address the absence of structured systems across recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and learning & development within a large organization. I led the design and implementation of these frameworks for a workforce of over 1,000 blue- and white-collar employees, building integrated and scalable processes aligned with core business priorities.

This experience shaped my perspective on HR as a strategic enabler of business success rather than a purely operational function. It reinforced the importance of designing people systems that directly contribute to performance, growth, and organizational agility.
